Starting today, the game rolls out brand-new spooky content packed with treats, themed surprises, and eerie encounters.

The Halloween update debuts the Spooky Forest, the first in a wave of refreshed themes. Here, you’ll meet quirky NPCs, uncover hidden easter eggs, and enjoy atmospheric special effects. As you explore, collect bats and trade them at the Spooky Forest store for exclusive costumes—an ideal stop for fans searching for limited-time cosmetic rewards.

Through Monday, November 3rd, Cats & Soup also showcases a seasonal look inspired by the Spooky Pumpkin House and Mystery Hotel concepts. This darker, crepuscular aesthetic brings extra charm to the holiday festivities and enhances the game’s relaxing idle gameplay experience.

You'll also want to take a gander at the Workshop on Wheels to see the new items that it features. This includes four sets of costumes, 15 pieces of furniture and two new lamps, both based on the House and Hotel concepts. You'll also want to keep an eye on the Mystery Hotel Login event available until November 6th, which'll offer a Bellboy Uniform costume for your cats and Baby Kitty. 

A brand-new adventure minigame is also in development. Meanwhile, you can earn additional rewards by completing Enchanting Fairy Tale Star Season 2, and fantasy-themed items inspired by The Cat Piper are making their debut as well.
