Spy vs. Spy – A Classic Slapstick Spy Game of Traps, Strategy, and Cartoon Chaos
Spy vs. Spy is about the slapstick antics of two rival spies trying to eliminate each other using improbably complex and elaborate traps and weapons. This classic spy game blends cartoon humor with fast-paced rivalry, creating a timeless local multiplayer action game experience.
The objective is to collect secret items hidden throughout the embassy, store them in a briefcase, and escape through the airport door before your opponent or before time runs out. While searching, players can lay traps to take out the opposing spy—or themselves if they are careless. Each spy has a personal countdown timer that loses 30 seconds upon every death, adding pressure and strategy.
The arena is an embassy built from interconnected rooms arranged on a grid. Higher levels introduce more rooms and a larger play area. Spies can engage in hand-to-hand combat or set trap-based strategy by placing booby traps on furniture and doors. When triggered, traps unleash cartoon-style animations where spies are shot, blown up, and float to heaven as angels. Strategy deepens as trap quantities are limited, traps can affect either spy, and specific remedies can be found to defuse traps—one at a time.
